The adult population over age 60 is growing three times more rapidly than the nation as a whole.  And today's unchurched "senior adult" is far different from previous generations.  Yet many churches are still using 1950s approaches to try and reach 21st century seniors.  CGI brings a unique church growth perspective to older adult ministry and outreach, with the conviction that today's older adults are "a field white unto harvest."
