Dr. Charles "Chip" Arn has a lifetime of experience teaching, consulting and writing books on subjects of church health and growth following on the footsteps of his father Win Arn, a founder in the church growth movement. Together they represent an unparalleled team of ministry expertise dedicated to serve you, your team and your church.
Allen is a gifted communicator from weekend church services to national conferences. His book "The Optimized Church" comes out of thousands of consultations with church leaders over the past 30 years. He has served 20 years as a highly effective lead pastor. He was the founder/CEO of ConnectionPower.com, a market-leading church software company. He is the founder of churchgrowth.net and spiritualprogress.com with the dual missions to help the church to grow wider and deeper.
Lee has amazing backgrounds in both the world of ministry and the business world. He served in many business capacities before becoming the Director of Worldwide Operations, for Microsoft. Then he accepted the call into fulltime ministry. He founded Radiant Church, as the lead pastor, which grew from 0 to over 8,000 people in 12 years. He is a gifted communicator and brilliant strategist who always brings unique and valuable perspectives to the table.
Chip brings a rich lifetime of speaking, writing and consulting to the platform of churchgrowth.net. He has the longest tenure of active service to churches in the pursuit of church health and growth. Immediately upon completing his PHD from the University of Southern California in Instructional Design and Technology, he joined his father Win Arn in working fulltime at Church Growth, Inc.. He is the author of several books and a host of articles.
